London Inspired Nail Art Video Tutorial

Hi guys,

So if you have seen my earlier post, you would remember that I mentioned that I was entering the Next Beauty Competition. I have to submit a video tutorial on how I created my London Inspired nails using NEXT’s new AW12 nail polish colours!

After what seems like a million attempts, I’ve finally managed to film my tutorial video!  I had a nightmare getting this together with batteries dying half way through filming, to SD cards running out of memory! Oh my!  I’m stressing out just thinking about it again haha!

Anyway, so here is my final design:

The above look is created using all NEXT Polishes, apart from the black which is a random one I got from a nail stamping box set :) The Top coat is the Rimmel Pro Super Wear.

Check out the new colours from the NEXT AW12 range:

NEXT AW12 Nail Varnish from L to R: Jade Shimmer, Biscuit, Burgundy and Navy Shimmer

I love the Biscuit shade, it’s my favourite out of the four colours I received! It’s a lovely and super wearable colour!

Anyway I hope you like the nails guys, to see how I created them please watch my first ever video tutorial below!

Thanks for reading and watching guys!

  1. These are really amazing. I’ve come to accept that i will never be very good at nail art. fortunately my sister is, so I’m always trying to get her to do my nails for me.

    • Aw thanks Nadia! hehe u sound like my sister, she often asks me to do her nails, even though she’s pretty good at them herself lol, I think she’s just lazy! :D

  2. sorry i been so crap at keeping up to date with your blog lately but loveeeee these nails and te video!!! Well done for getting into top 5!!!

  3. I am new to developing web sites and I was wondering if having your website title relevant to your content really that critical? I notice your title, does appear to be spot on with what your blog is about but, I prefer to keep my title less content descriptive and based more around site branding. Would you think this is a good idea or bad idea? Any kind of assistance would be greatly valued.
