After a long day, there’s nothing quite like a long soak in the tub to unwind and indulge in a bit of Pamper time. I love nothing more than lighting a few candles and chucking on The Big Bang Theory on the iPad. It’s my favourite, bath time Program as I can giggle along as I soak my stresses away – not that I am that stressed anyway, but this helps cheer me up a right treat! I love you Sheldon!
Anyhow my bathroom is forever busting with all sorts of bubble bath. However I am always up for trying new things and when I saw this Super Snazzy Soap & Glory Set during the Boots, 3 for 2 offer over Christmas I knew I just had to give it a go. Plus with fun ass names like Pulp Friction and Foam Call how can anyone go wrong? Bath Time just got better!
I love the retro feel of the Soap & Glory Brand and it reminds me a little, of Benefit. However packaging and cool, naming conventions aside, the products themselves are phenomenal! I LOVED Soap & Glory Bath time!
For one, the scent alone, was good enough for me to want to eat the stuff! I gotta be honest, it took a lot of self control, will power and convincing to stop myself from attempting it! The best part is that the lovely, fruity fragrance lingers on your skin for quite some time afterwards, so you can drift off to sleep, breathing in the gorgeous wafts, of what Soap & Glory calls Fruitgo!
So what did my Soap & Glory Bath Time Ritual consist of? I hear you all scream! Well my lovelies, there are three products!
Pulp Friction (Teehehe! Pulp Friction! lol everytime!) - is an exfoliating body scrub containing lots of skin goodness such as fig powder, pumice, peppermint oil, lemonade tree liquid and orange waterjuice (REALLY have no idea what the heck Orange Water juice is, but if it helped contribute towards making my skin feel so super soft, then I’m on board). It was grainy in texture for some good exfoliating, but not too abrasive either, so is ideal for us sensitive skin ladies!
Foam Call – Geddit? Hohoho! Chuckle, Chuckle Chuckle! This is a clever, dual product that can be used as a quick shower or bath wash! I tend to use it in the bath myself, but have found it works great as a shower cream as it tends to lather better than when used as bath wash.
Last but not least, Butter Yourself is a super rich and indulgent body butter you slather on after your Soap & Glory Soak! Contain yourself as you watch this buttery cream melt into your now divine smelling skin… heaven!
This lot would have cost me £25 if I’d purchased them separately and each one would have been worth every penny! Great quality products, adorable packaging, a fun read and gorgeous scent! What more can you ask for?
Have you tried any Soap & Glory Bath Products? Or do you have a fave bath time product? Pleaseee let me know! I’d love to check it out!
Thanks for reading and Have a lovely weekend, I’m off for a soak!!
